Customer Support Full Time

Looking for an enthusiastic young person and help respond to customer queries and resolve customer issues over the phone and chat while managing a team of interns. The person should be flexible to work during odd hours.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solve customer queries
  • Train new team members
  • Assign shifts to team members and monitor their work
  • Ensure that everyone works correctly and reviews their work
  • Perform weekly meetings
  • Create a daily summary report.
  • Plan workload and ensure that team has sufficient people at all times

Skill & Experience

  • The candidate must have a computer or laptop with an active internet connection.
  • Must be willing to work at odd hours
  • Can start immediately
  • Must know how to frame good emails in English
  • Prior experience will be helpful but is not a must
