Looking for an enthusiastic young person and help respond to customer queries and resolve customer issues over the phone and chat while managing a team of interns. The person should be flexible to work during odd hours.
- Solve customer queries
- Train new team members
- Assign shifts to team members and monitor their work
- Ensure that everyone works correctly and reviews their work
- Perform weekly meetings
- Create a daily summary report.
- Plan workload and ensure that team has sufficient people at all times
Skill & Experience
- The candidate must have a computer or laptop with an active internet connection.
- Must be willing to work at odd hours
- Can start immediately
- Must know how to frame good emails in English
- Prior experience will be helpful but is not a must
