The Stephania erecta is a unique and striking plant, known for its unusual bulb-like caudex, which is often the most prominent part of the plant. The caudex, or bulb, is typically round and textured with a rough, woody surface, and it can range in color from a light tan to a more earthy brown. HOW TO GROW A SAPLING
- Take a growbag and fill it with cocopeat.
- Make a ½-inch-deep hole and sow the bulb.
- Cover the roots of the bulb lightly with cocopeat and spray with water.
- Water 2 times a week.
- The bulb will germinate within a week.
- A damp place with partial sunlight is needed until germination.
- The flowering time is 12–15 weeks.
