PLANT DESCRIPTION

  4. Type – Indoor (balcony/ terrace) or outdoor
  5. Aroma – Low mint
  6. Flavor – Plain mint
  7. Feed – Vermicompost for nutrients every week, Seaweed once a month for greener leaves, and Epsom salt for better blooming once a month
  8. Watering – Water your mint during dry spells to keep the soil lightly moist, adding more water when the top inch of soil feels dry to the touch.
  9. Sunlight – Full sunlight
  10. Germination Time – 1 week
  11. Suitable Temperature – 65°F - 70°F
  12. Season – Perennial 
  13. Sowing – August - December
  14. Soil- Loamy, Moist, Well-drained
HOW TO GROW MINT FROM SEEDS
  1. Soak the seeds in warm water overnight before planting.
  2. Take a Growbag and fill it with Cocopeat.
  3. Sprinkle the seeds around the Growbag.
  4. Leave the seeds uncovered as they need light for germination and spray them with water.
  5. Water 2 times a week until transfer to the pot.
  6. Seeds will germinate within a week.
  7. Full sunlight with partial shade is needed until germination.
ALTERNATE METHOD
  1. Take a Medium Size Pot and add a Potting Mix.
  2. If planting in the soil add Neem Cake Powder, Vermicompost, and Seaweed.
