Does my college or background matter?
What you've done matters more than where you studied. About half of our team didn't come from tier-1 institutions. We hire on demonstrated thinking, ownership, and results, not pedigree.
I'm just starting out. Should I still apply?
Absolutely. We've hired people with no prior work experience and given them more responsibility in six months than they'd get in five years elsewhere. Tell us about something you've owned, a project, a club, a side hustle, a family business. We're looking for the muscle, not the title.
Are specific positions open?
We hire across the company. Founder's office, growth, content, customer experience, operations, vendor management, technology, design, sales, AI/ML, supply chain, finance, HR. Tell us in the form what you'd bring. If we see the fit, we'll create the role.
Do you give paid tasks during hiring?
No. Some roles include a small task that mirrors the actual work. Others go straight to interview. We don't pay for assignments and we don't string anyone along with unpaid trial work either.
How does compensation work?
Compensation is discussed at the offer stage and reflects the role, your experience, and the value you bring. We focus on fair pay and meaningful long-term growth, not flashy joining bonuses we can't sustain.
Where is the team based? Is remote possible?
HQ is in Hyderabad and we run two warehouses in Pune. Most roles are based at HQ since we run a real operation that touches physical inventory daily. Technology, design, content, and growth roles can be hybrid or fully remote for the right person.
How long is the hiring process?
Usually under two weeks. One reply within 5 days. Task or direct interview. One conversation with the manager you'd actually work with. We respect your time.
Can I apply while I'm still in college?
Yes. Mention it in the form. We run three and six month internships year-round, and the strongest interns typically convert to full-time roles.
What if I don't fit a traditional role?
Apply anyway. Some of our best hires came from unexpected backgrounds: family businesses, agriculture, sales, content, hospitality. If you punch above your weight and want to build, we want to talk.
