5. Feed - Vermicompost for nutrients every week, Seaweed once a month for greener leaves, and Epsom salt for better blooming once a month
6. Watering - The bitter gourd has a medium to high water requirement. Water both greenhouse-grown and potted bitter gourds frequently. When the top layer of soil is dry, water your bitter melon.

9. Flowering Time - 7 weeks

13. Soil - Bitter gourds require nutrient-rich well-draining soil mixed with aged-compost or manure 

HOW TO GROW BITTER GOURD FROM SEEDS

1. Take a Seedling Tray and fill it with Cocopeat.
2. Make ½ inch deep hole and put 1 seed in each hole.
3. Fill the hole with Cocopeat and spray with water using a spray gun or spray bottle.
4. Water on alternate days.
5. Seeds will germinate within a week.
6. Full sunlight is needed.
   

ALTERNATE METHOD 

1. Take a Medium Size Pot and add a Potting Mix.
2. If planting in the soil add Neem Cake Powder, Vermicompost, and Seaweed.
