Vermicomposting is the process of turning organic debris into worm castings. The worm castings are very important to the fertility of the soil. It contains organic carbon(9.5-17.98%), nitrogen (0.5-1.5%), phosphorous(0.1-0.3%), potassium(0.15-0.56%), sodium(0.06-0.30%).
BENEFITS
Vermicompost helps improve soil structure, texture, porosity, water holding capacity, drainage, and aeration and reduce erosion. It improves plant growth by enabling the growth of new shoots and leaves, thereby increasing productivity. It helps to neutralize the pH of the soil.

It’s good quality vermicompost but I wish it wasn’t wet. It is somewhat prone to fungus and fungus gnats. But overall it’s pretty good if overwatering is avoided.
