Description
The Kaempferia plant, often referred to as Peacock Ginger or Resurrection Lily, is a low-growing tropical beauty known for its stunning foliage and delicate purple or lavender flowers. It grows from rhizomes (bulbs) and thrives in warm, shady areas. Kaempferia is perfect for ground cover, shaded gardens, or indoor pots, offering both ornamental leaves and seasonal blooms. HOW TO PLANT A BULB
- Use a pot or garden area with loose, well-draining soil.
- Place the rhizome horizontally, about 1–2 inches deep.
- Cover With Soil and water lightly.
- Keep in a shaded warm place until sprouting occurs.
- Water regularly once growth appears , but avoid soggy soil.
