PLANT DESCRIPTION

5. Feed – Pumpkins feed heavily in order to develop their extensive vines and large fruit. Feed these plants every two weeks. Begin with a high-nitrogen fertilizer (10-5-5 ratio) when the plants are about one foot tall to support good foliage growth. Just before the plants begin blooming in summer, switch to a high-phosphorus and potassium fertilizer (5-15-15 ratio) to support fruit development.

HOW TO GROW PUMPKIN FROM SEEDS

1. Take a Growbag and fill it with Cocopeat.
2. Sprinkle the seeds around the Growbag.
3. Cover the seeds gently with Cocopeat and spray with water.
4. Fill the hole with Cocopeat and spray with water.
5. Water every day.
6. Seeds will germinate within 7 days.
7. Full sunlight is needed.

ALTERNATE METHOD

1. Take a Medium size Pot and add a Potting Mix.
2. If planting in the soil add Neem Cake Powder, Vermicompost, and Seaweed.
