Candidate's day to day responsibilities:
1. Assist in the growth of the brand by raising awareness through various social media platforms
2. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create and implement campaigns
3. Support the Manager in developing content calendars
4. Generate engaging ideas for blog and social media content
5. Interact with followers and potential customers, answering questions and engaging on the company's social pages
6. Analyze Google Analytics on a weekly/monthly basis
7. Increase and monitor the follower count
8. Conduct online polls and surveys to ascertain the brand's reach
9. Review content and provide content ideas
10. Work on planning and maintaining timelines
11. Communicate design and content requirements to team members
12. Work on Google and Facebook Ads
Job Requirements:
1. Fresher with 0.6 years of experience in Social Media handling
2. Basic understanding of social media trends
3. Highly creative and motivated
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure
