Return and Refund Policy
Below are The Affordable Organic Store Refund and Return Policies:
1. If product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will reship your order.
2. If your order package is damaged/open, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care, we will reship your order.
3. For any queries related to damaged or missing products, please reach out to us via email within 48 hours of receiving your order, with the unboxing video (this is compulsory) and your order details. Our team will provide you with a coupon worth the value of the order that can be redeemed on our site.
We will not accept any complaints after 48 hours of delivery
4. Our customer care team must receive and approve your replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a replacement.
5. Once your replacement has been authorized, we will process the same in two business days.
P.S. The goods will be delivered within 3- 15 working days from the date of placing the order.
*Please note that the images on the website are of fully grown plants, while we deliver saplings. Therefore, the actual products received may not match the images exactly.
