Return and Refund Policy
Affordable Organic Store provides refund in following cases:
1. Product could not be delivered to you in a fair amount of time, then we will reship your order.
2. Product/Package received in damaged state. If your order package is damaged/open, then don’t accept the delivery and contact our customer care.
3. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged product with the Bar Code within 48 hours of receiving your order.
4. Our customer care team must receive and approve your refund/replacement request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a refund/replacement.
5. Once your refund/replacement has been authorized, we will process the same in two business days.
