Bury the seeds with two three times its own depth and place it in a warm region with ample sunlight.

Cucumbers grow best with regular deep watering, about once a week, but if the weather is very hot for a few days, water more often. Insufficient or inconsistent moisture can cause the fruit to become malformed or taste bad.

Cucumbers grow well in many soil types. Preferred soils are loose, well-drained, and well supplied with organic matter and plant nutrients.

Spray directly onto the soil around the plants one week after flowering begins and every three weeks thereafter. Alternatively, granular fertilizers can be incorporated into the soil. Do not over-fertilize. Otherwise, the fruit will wither.

Choose a location with full sun with at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight per day.
